Manoj Atri is a rare find. An astute businessman, a consummate professional, a dedicated, tirelessly hardworking individual who makes it his responsibility to understand the needs of each of his clients and find real estate solutions to those needs.
I doubt there is anyone on the planet who could try the patience of another as I can; I changed my mind a hundred times, phoned Manoj at all times of the day and night, asked him to take me all over Toronto in search of my dream home – I challenged him, questioned him and nagged him at every turn to which he repeatedly responded with unfailing patience and courtesy.
Buying and selling a home can be an immensely stressful, time-consuming, anxiety-generating event and once again, Manoj responded to my every anxiety with solid information, good humour and sound advice. Being first-time homebuyers, we were fairly green in our overall knowledge and expertise when it came to the entire process of viewing and selecting a home. We had been considering making the leap to home ownership for a long period of time and I actually found Manoj via his website.
